Every package covers the bookkeeping itself (sales, purchase and expense invoices posted, bank and credit card accounts reconciled, journals and month-end entries), a monthly set of reports including a flash report, profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow and VAT report, VAT returns, corporate tax reporting and filing, monthly meetings, and free setup of your chart of accounts and software with Zoho Books training.
ebs labels the packages by company stage: start-up, mid-size, established and enterprise. In practice the deciding questions are your monthly transaction volume, how many entities and bank accounts the books cover, whether you need management information, payroll or a budget, and whether you want an accountant dedicated to you. A free first call settles it.
